Coaching it’s all about learning to question

Coaching has many differing approaches and ways of working.

Here is an approach that helps with the blocked or more hidden type of issue or concern going beyond what’s happening (SINGLE-LOOP LEARNING) by getting to the source of the person’s behaviour and altering their mental framework (DOUBLE-LOOP LEARNING) and ways of being (TRIPLE-LOOP LEARNING).

Let’s expand some ideas,thinking and feelings

  1. What makes your heart sing?
  2. What are you passionate about?
  3. What does this part of you want? What does it need?
  4. How could these two parts of you help one another?
  5. What do you see,hear and feel when you step back and view it as a whole?
  6. What direction do you wish to go in now and what would you have to do to achieve this?
  7. What is trying to emerge or unfold?
  8. What is the bigger picture?

When all said and done we are a Human being not a human doing!
